URI GOLMAN

As a nature photographer I get to follow my heart and I feel happy and very humble that I am able to do what I love. Being in nature has always been my motivation and the feeling of being out there is compareable to nothing. In the wild I feel at home and with my camera i try to convey what I see. The stories I photograph are sold to a number of magazines worldwide and my photos have been published in magazines like BBC Wildlife and National Geographic. I am an Associate Fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers and Canon Denmark has chosen me as their ambassador for my work with conservation in the Arctic. At home I am a dad with two wonderful daughters whom i cherish and love and together with my partner Helle (also a photographer) we try to balance the adventures abroad with the adventures at home. There are loads of adventourous plans for the future and my only hope is that the stories I do will actually help to promote conservation so that nature will be there - Strong and beautiful for the next generation to love like I have loved it all my life.
